Rebecca J. Bonham • Executive Director
A graduate of Indiana University and IUSB, Bonham holds
bachelors and masters degrees and has more than 25 years
of management experience in community develop-ment, governmental
affairs, not-for-profit organization leadership, fundraising
and public relations/promotion.
She is currently Executive Director at the Studebaker
National Museum in downtown South Bend, Indiana and maintains
a private lobbying and consulting practice. She is a graduate
of and former chairman of the Notre Dame Board of Regents
for the Institutes of Organizational Management and is
a graduate of the Ball State University Community Development
Academy.
Bonham's related community activities include Rotary,
the Hospital Association of St. Joseph County, Century
Center Board of Managers, Firefly Festival, the Summit
Club and YMCA Board of Directors.
She has been honored as an IUSB Distinguished Alumnus
and is a Sagamore of the Wabash. A native of Goshen, Indiana
she is the mother of two grown sons and has served as organist
at her church for more than 30 years.

Peggy Soderberg • Assistant Director
Peggy received a BA from Western College, Oxford, Ohio,
an MA in Southern Asian History from Syracuse University,
Syracuse, New York and her MBA from Indiana University.
She was Sales Manager for Century center from 1988 through
1991, Director of Sales & Catering, Service America (now
called Centerplate) from 1991 through 1996. Director of
Youth Services, Northern Indiana Workforce Investment Board
from 1996 through 2001. Marketing Manager, Studebaker National
Museum from 2001 through 2004.
Presently, Peggy is the Assistant Director for the Studebaker
National Museum. She was also the Opening Ceremonies Coordinator
for the International Special Olympics Games in 1987 and
has had a 14 year career in retail management and purchasing.

Tony Smith • Curator of Collections
Tony Smith holds a Master of Library
Science degree from Indiana University and has over 3
years of collection management experience. His job includes
answering inquires about the collections, managing all
exhibit projects, managing the collection database and
serving as the staff liaison to the Collection Committee
that makes decisions regarding donations and loans to
the museum.
