Volunteer Opportunities
The Studebaker National Museum is always looking for dedicated men and women who love to learn and share their knowledge of Studebaker and the industrial history of the South Bend-Mishawaka area to serve as volunteer docents and information desk specialists. We train our volunteers to lead tours, welcome visitors to the exhibit galleries, provide information about education and public programs, and provide “an extra pair of hands” during events.
Volunteers willing to assist with grounds keeping, vehicle cleaning, photography, graphic design and answering the phone are also needed.
If you enjoy interacting with the public, are enthusiastic, flexible and reliable, we want you to join our Volunteer Corps. No prior knowledge of Studebaker history and vehicles is necessary—just a willingness to learn and share your passion for the Museum.
Volunteer applications are accepted at all times and training sessions are held periodically throughout the year.
To submit an application, please download one from the sidebar on the right, fill it out and send it back to the Museum.
